Jockey is a spiced, citrus-edged floral from Al-Jazeera Perfumes of Qatar, released in 2022 and composed by Dominique Ropion. Musk, resin and leather are each noticed by a minority, and it is worn by anyone.
Sweet orange opens it bright, with pink pepper and saffron adding a warm, slightly metallic spice straight away. Turkish rose is the centre, full and velvety, with geranium sharpening it with a green, slightly minty edge. The base is where the name makes sense: leather brings a dry, supple warmth, labdanum adds a sweet, resinous depth, patchouli earth, and vanilla with musk softens the finish.
