Three notes are listed: agarwood, rose and musk. Agarwood supplies a dark, resinous, slightly animalic woodiness; rose lays a warm, velvety petal note over it; and musk smooths and lightens the pair into a clean, soft finish. Without ambergris, spice or sweetness, this is a leaner, slightly cleaner take on the oud and rose pairing than many of its siblings, and with so few notes it is likely to stay close to its opening character for the whole wear.
