Crystal Saffron is an amber fragrance from the French house Matiere Premiere, composed by Aurélien Guichard and released in 2022. Amber leads, with spicy and musky sides behind it. It is worn by anyone.
The structure is minimal and clear. Musk opens with a clean, soft, skin-like warmth. Saffron is the heart, bringing a warm, slightly leathery and metallic spice that gives the scent its character. In the base, ambroxan creates a radiant, mineral amber glow that diffuses from the skin, and incense adds a light, smoky, resinous haze.
