Kaif

Kaif by Tola, released in 2017 and composed by Dhaher Bin Dhaher, is a soft floral with a woody, citrus-tinged character. Everyone who describes it calls it floral; about half also find it woody and citrusy, and a minority notice spicy, musky or amber sides.

Bergamot and mandarin give a gentle, sunny opening, with pink pepper adding a light, rosy warmth. Jasmine and geranium form the floral heart, the geranium bringing a green, slightly minty rosiness, while iris and violet add a cool, powdery softness that gives the scent its polished feel. Sandalwood and cypriol provide a creamy, slightly earthy wood in the base, with vanilla, amber and musk adding a smooth, lasting warmth.
