Andromeda is a sweet floral from the Italian house Tiziana Terenzi, composed by Paolo Terenzi and released in 2015 for anyone to wear. Everyone who describes it calls it gourmand and floral, some find it green and woody, and a minority fresh and citrusy.
It opens with bergamot and grass, a bright, green start, with ylang-ylang and water jasmine adding early creaminess. The heart is a broad bouquet: Damask rose and lily for richness, pear blossom and peach for a soft fruitiness, violet leaf for a cool green edge, and white heliotrope for a powdery, almond-like sweetness. The base is where the gourmand side gathers: vanilla, coconut, sugar and tonka bean over cashmere wood, ebony and amber, creamy and warm.
