Lychee, litchi, pear, peach and mandarin make a juicy, sweet, slightly tart fruit opening, and saffron adds a warm, dry, slightly leathery spice. Rose is the heart, full and slightly jammy, and iris gives it a cool, powdery, suede-like softness that keeps it from feeling too sugary. Vanilla brings a creamy sweetness underneath, patchouli an earthy depth, and white musk and musk a clean, soft, skin-like finish that holds the rose close.
Superose is worn by anyone. Its sweet, bright character suits spring and autumn and works from day into evening, and it should appeal to someone who likes rose with lychee and vanilla rather than in a classic, green or spiced form.
