Tel Aviv by Gallivant is a bright, sunny floral with a citrus opening and a soft, sweet base. The British house released it in 2017; the perfumer is Karine Chevallier, and it is worn by anyone.
Bergamot and clementine open it with a juicy, cheerful citrus, joined by blackcurrant for a tart, slightly green fruitiness. The heart is a full white-floral bouquet: jasmine and jasmine sambac, ylang-ylang, freesia and rose, with liatris adding a sweet, hay-like, almost coumarin-style softness underneath. Benzoin and sandalwood give the base a warm, creamy quality, and musk keeps the finish smooth and skin-like.
It is a warm-weather scent, suited to spring and summer days and relaxed, outdoor occasions. Anyone who enjoys jasmine-led florals with a sunny citrus start rather than a dark base should find it an easy, pleasant wear.
