Egnaro

Egnaro, composed by Santi Burgas for his own Spanish house in 2015, is described by everyone who rates it as both spicy and citrusy, with about half also calling it woody and ambered. The name is orange spelt backwards, and orange is where it starts.

Orange and Calabrian bergamot give a bright, juicy opening, and ginger adds a warm, tingling spice behind it. Anise brings a sweet, liquorice-like edge that gives the citrus an unexpected twist.
