The notes are many and listed together. Blood orange and orange give a bright citrus opening, galbanum a sharp greenness and mastic and elemi a lemony, piney resin. Lily of the valley, magnolia, gardenia and tuberose create a creamy, fresh white-floral heart. The unusual base includes cep and porcini mushroom for an earthy, savoury note, civet for an animalic warmth, opoponax and benzoin for sweet resin, and oakmoss, cedar and sandalwood for depth.
