Cedrat Lova

Cedrat Lova is a citrus fragrance from the French house Montale, released in 2026 and worn by anyone. Everyone who describes it names citrus; most also find it woody and floral, and a third pick up spice, green notes and amber.

The notes are listed without a pyramid, but the design is readable. Citron, lemon and bergamot lead with a bright, slightly bitter zest, and ginger adds a warm, peppery tingle. Indian jasmine gives the heart a rich, heady floral sweetness that contrasts with the sharp opening. The base is where Montale's usual depth appears: Cambodian oud for a dark, resinous woodiness, Mysore sandalwood for creaminess, tobacco for a dry, honeyed warmth, and oakmoss, tonka bean and ambergris for an earthy, salty, softly sweet finish.
