La Viola Homme by Louis Cardin, from 2016, is a fresh citrus scent for men. Everyone who has described it finds it fresh and citrusy, and about half also note floral, aromatic and amber sides.
The notes are unordered: grapefruit and tangerine provide the bright, juicy opening, mint adds a cool, clean sharpness, and sea water and sea notes give a breezy, slightly salty airiness. Jasmine brings a light floral softness in the middle, and amber warms the base so the drydown is smoother than the crisp start.
