The opening is fruity and bright: blackberry and raspberry give a jammy, berry sweetness, and mandarin adds a sunny citrus lift. In the heart, rose and jasmine form a lush, slightly creamy bouquet. The base is where the gourmand character really shows, with chocolate bringing a cocoa-like richness, patchouli an earthy depth, and cashmere wood a soft, warm, cosy finish.
With its berries and chocolate it reads as an evening and cooler-weather scent, suited to dates, dinners and autumn or winter outings. It will appeal most to people who enjoy fruity florals with a dessert-like base, and less to those who prefer fresh or green fragrances.
