The Most Wanted Parfum is Azzaro's Parfum concentration of the line, a masculine scent composed by Michel Girard, Shyamala Maisondieu, Nadège Le Garlantezec and Roxanne Kirkpatrick. Everyone describes it as spicy, gourmand and woody in equal measure.
It is built on three notes. Ginger opens it, sharp, warm and slightly citrusy, giving it more bite than a plain sweet scent. The heart is woodsy notes, dry and clean, which take over as the ginger fades. The base is Bourbon vanilla, rich and slightly smoky rather than creamy, and it is this vanilla against the wood that people mostly smell through the day.
Most wearers report it as long lasting, with a quarter calling it moderate, and sillage is moderate for the majority, strong for a quarter, so it is more contained than the Parfum label might suggest.
