Sacred Love by Ajmal, released in 2010 for women, is a woody floral with fresh, sweet and ambery sides. Woody and floral are both used by everyone who describes it; about half also call it sweet, fresh, ambery and citrusy.
Citruses open it with a bright, zesty lift. Peach adds a soft, juicy sweetness, and water lily brings a cool, aquatic freshness in the heart, joined by jasmine and floral notes for a warmer, fuller bouquet. The base is sandalwood for creamy wood, vetiver for earthy dryness, and ambergris for a salty, slightly sweet, skin-like warmth that lingers.
Wearers have not yet reported on longevity or projection. By character it suits spring and summer, daytime and mild evenings, and someone who likes florals with a watery freshness and a woody finish. It is sold in a mid-sized bottle.
