Cuir Musc

Cuir Musc from Ajmal, composed by Abdulla Ajmal in 2015, is an unusual fruity leather musk. People describe it as sweet, green, musky, fresh, aromatic and leathery in equal measure, which points to a scent that is hard to pin to one family.

Raspberry and watermelon open it juicy, sweet and watery, an odd but bright start for a leather. Tobacco adds a dry, leafy, slightly honeyed warmth to the heart, and oakmoss a cool, damp, earthy greenness.
