Hidden Amber

Hidden Amber, from the British label John Richmond, is a floral amber composed by Guillaume Flavigny and released in 2022. Flowers lead, amber follows closely, and wood, resin and citrus add smaller touches.

Bergamot gives a brief, bright opening. The heart is soft and powdery: iris and violet bring a cool, cosmetic powder, ylang-ylang a creamy richness, and lotus a light, watery floral note.
