Lemon, bergamot and grapefruit open with a cool, sparkling zest, like a fruit granita. Pear then comes forward in the heart, juicy and crisp, alongside osmanthus, which adds a soft apricot-like floral note, and orange blossom with hedione, which bring an airy, sunny glow.
