Tokyo by Gallivant is a dry, spicy woody scent with a green, peppery edge, released by the British house in 2018 and composed by Nicolas Bonneville. It is worn by anyone.

Yuzu and bergamot give a bright, slightly floral citrus start, immediately sharpened by wasabi, which adds a green, nose-tingling heat, and black pepper, cardamom and nutmeg, which bring warmer spice. The heart pairs iris with rose, cool powder against a soft floral, with incense adding a thin thread of smoke. The base is where the woods take over: hinoki, the Japanese cypress, gives a clean, slightly lemony wood, cedar and sandalwood add dryness and creaminess, and vetiver, patchouli and amber round it off.
