Amunae is a musk-centred fragrance from Bvlgari, composed by Sophie Labbé and released in 2025, and it is worn by anyone. Everyone who describes it calls it musky, and about a third each add fresh, floral, resinous and amber.
Aldehydes open it with a sparkling, slightly soapy, waxy brightness, the effect that gives classic perfumes their clean lift. Frankincense adds a dry, lemony, smoky resin beneath that. Jasmine gives the heart a soft floral warmth without dominating. The base is the point: ambrette, a plant-derived musk with a faintly pear-like, powdery softness, sits alongside musk and black musk, which bring a smoother, deeper, slightly animal skin scent, and oak adds a dry, faintly tannic wood.
Clean on top and warm underneath, it reads as a refined skin scent rather than a statement. It suits any season and works well for daytime, particularly for anyone who likes musk with a touch of incense and a little vintage sparkle.
