Wood Whisper Eau de Parfum from the Omani house Ojar, composed by Jordi Fernández in 2022, is a warm, sweet woody amber. Wood and amber are what everyone notices; most also find it gourmand, and a third pick up musk and a floral touch.
Plum opens it with a soft, jammy sweetness, and violet adds a powdery, slightly candied floral note. The heart is cashmere wood, smooth, velvety and warm, backed by sandalwood for a creamy, milky depth. The base brings amber and white amber for a resinous glow, ambergris for a salty, skin-like warmth, vanilla for sweetness and musk to keep the finish soft and close.
It is worn by anyone and has the cosy, enveloping character of a cold-weather evening scent, for someone who likes creamy woods and amber with a sweet, slightly powdery edge.
