Pomelo and pear give a bright, juicy, slightly bitter opening, and champagne a fizzy, celebratory sparkle, in keeping with the name. The heart turns darker and spicier: Damask rose brings a rich, velvety petal, cloves a warm, slightly medicinal spice, and frankincense a dry, smoky resin. The base is dry and woody, with cedar, guaiac wood and vetiver giving clean, smoky and grassy woods.
