It opens with raspberry and litchi, a juicy, slightly sharp fruit pairing that keeps the sweetness lively. The heart is Damask rose, full and jammy, which is where the fruit and the flower merge into one idea. The base is benzoin, a soft, vanilla-like resin, and akigalawood, a patchouli-derived material that gives a dry, spicy, peppery woodiness, so the drydown is warm and sweet with a slightly rough edge rather than a creamy one.
