The opening is apricot and apricot blossom, a soft, slightly jammy fruitiness. The heart is where the vanilla sits, alongside jasmine and ylang-ylang, which give it a creamy, heady white-floral richness. The base is sandalwood and mahogany with benzoin and resins, so the finish is warm, balsamic and lightly woody rather than sugary.
