Tango, released by Masque Milano in 2013 and composed by Cécile Zarokian, is a warm, spicy floral. Florals lead, spice and woods are strong, and sweet, resinous and amber notes follow.
The listed notes suggest a sensual, dance-like warmth. Cinnamon, cumin and cardamom bring a rich, slightly skin-like spice. Jasmine sambac, jasmine, Turkish rose and rose form a full, heady floral heart, with melilotus adding a hay-like, sweet note. Underneath, cedar, guaiac wood and sandalwood give a dry, smoky and creamy woodiness, while tonka bean, benzoin and amber add a sweet, resinous glow.
Most wearers report it as long lasting, many far longer, with a moderate to strong sillage. It is voted for autumn and winter and is very much an evening scent. It suits dinners, dates and cold nights, and it is worn by anyone who likes spiced rose and jasmine over warm woods.
