Amalfi lemon, lemon and bergamot open it with a bright, sharp citrus, joined by mint and basil, which add a cool, green, herbal freshness. Petitgrain brings a slightly bitter, woody-green orange-leaf note that bridges the opening and the base. Oakmoss gives the drydown an earthy, dry, forest-floor depth, and patchouli adds an earthy, slightly dark woodiness, so the scent has more staying power than a simple eau de cologne.
