Lemon and Italian mandarin open it with a sunny brightness, and black pepper adds a dry, tingling spice. The heart pairs rose with neroli, giving a fresh, slightly honeyed floral tone, while blackcurrant adds a tart, green fruitiness and green notes keep it crisp. The base is all wood: Virginia and Texas cedar for a dry, clean sharpness, and two modern materials, Akigalawood and Georgywood, which add a peppery, patchouli-like depth and a smooth, slightly spicy warmth.
