Love no Shame

Love no Shame is a creamy cherry gourmand from the French house Plume Impression, composed by Stephanie Bakouche and released in 2025. Gourmand is the word everyone uses; just under half also find it woody, about a third floral, and a smaller group spicy or musky.

Cherry and strawberry give the opening a bright, jammy fruitiness, and almond and cinnamon turn it immediately towards marzipan and pastry. Cacao pod and cocoa bring a dark, slightly bitter chocolate depth, while cream and whipped cream push the whole thing towards dessert. Violet and rose add a soft, slightly powdery floral touch that keeps it from being purely edible. The base is where the woods appear: agarwood brings a dark, faintly smoky depth, sandalwood a creamy smoothness, and vanilla and musk a warm, sweet, lasting finish.
