Tindrer

Tindrer by Baruti, composed by Spyros Drosopoulos in 2016 and worn by anyone, is a green musk with a powdery heart. Musk is what everyone picks up; most also describe it as green, and a third find it floral and citrusy.

Galbanum and green notes open it, sharp, bitter and leafy, like snapped stems, with lemon verbena adding a bright, lemony-herbal freshness. Violet and heliotrope form the heart, the violet cool and powdery, the heliotrope sweet with its almond-and-marzipan softness, which gives the scent a gentle, faintly cosmetic centre. The base is white musk and musk for a clean, skin-like softness, and oakmoss for a dry, mossy, slightly inky depth that keeps the greenness alive to the end.

It reads as a fresh, clean fragrance for spring and daytime, suited to someone who likes green scents and musks and wants something that smells of cool air, crushed leaves and clean skin rather than flowers or fruit.
