Rêverie means daydream in French, and the scent is soft and sweet. Apple opens it with a crisp, juicy sweetness, giving a fresh, bright start. The heart is a creamy bouquet: gardenia brings a lush, slightly green and creamy white floral note, jasmine a warm, slightly fruity sweetness, and floral notes and flowers a soft, rounded fullness. Sugar adds a light, sparkling sweetness, which is where the gourmand side comes from. Patchouli settles the base with an earthy, slightly dark woodiness that keeps the sweetness from becoming cloying.
