Cardamom, Tonka & White Oud, released by Pairfum London in 2018, is mainly gourmand, with strong woody and floral sides and smaller green, amber and citrus touches.
Lime and mint open it with a cool, zesty and green freshness, and black currant and currant leaf and bud add a tart, green berry note. Plum brings a ripe, dark sweetness. In the heart, rose and violet give a soft, velvety and powdery floral note. The base is creamy and warm: tonka bean brings an almond-like sweetness, which is where the gourmand side comes from, white oud a soft, clean woodiness rather than a dark one, sandalwood creaminess and amber a gentle glow.
