It opens fresh and bright: Italian mandarin for citrus, freesia and lily of the valley for a clean, dewy floral lift. The heart is a dense bouquet of rose, gardenia, Indian tuberose and ylang-ylang, so it becomes creamy and heady, with heliotrope adding a powdery, almond-like softness. The base is musk, sandalwood and tonka bean for warmth and a gentle sweetness, and a touch of tobacco gives the finish a dry, slightly smoky depth that sets it apart from simpler florals.
