It opens with Damask rose and pink pepper, so the first impression is a rosy, slightly peppery brightness rather than sugar. The heart is where the dessert arrives: pear and blackcurrant give a juicy, tart fruitiness, and an ice cream note softens them into something creamy and cold. The base turns it salted and woody. Vanilla provides the sweetness, salt gives it a mineral edge that keeps it from cloying, cashmeran adds a warm, musky-woody texture and patchouli an earthy depth.
