05 Domino Essence by Maison Alhambra, released in 2022, is a sweet citrus scent. Everyone who describes it calls it gourmand, about two-thirds also find it citrusy, and a third woody, musky, floral or ambery.
The notes are given only in general terms, without named flowers or fruits. Citrus and fruits open the scent bright and juicy, with green notes adding a fresh, leafy edge. Floral notes soften the middle without any one flower dominating. The base is vanilla, amber and musk over woody notes, a warm, sweet foundation that explains why sweetness is the first thing people mention.
Domino Essence is a shared fragrance, worn by anyone.
