The notes are listed without a pyramid. Orange and neroli give it a bright, juicy opening with the clean bitterness of orange blossom behind it. Rhubarb is the twist, tart, green and slightly vegetal, and it stops the sweetness from becoming flat. Honeysuckle and hibiscus add a nectar-like floral sweetness, and rose with rose water keeps the whole thing light and dewy rather than rich.
