Geisha Diva, composed by Gabriel Gabor for De Gabor in 2021 for women, is a citrus-bright white floral. Everyone who describes it says floral, most add citrus, about two-fifths ambery, and a minority woody or musky.
Yuzu, lemon and mandarin orange open it with a sharp, fragrant citrus that is more aromatic than sweet, joined by neroli for a bitter orange-blossom freshness. The heart is heady: tuberose, jasmine and ylang-ylang together, creamy and intense, with pittosporum, a small shrub flower with a honeyed, orange-blossom-like scent, and other floral notes filling out the bouquet. Balsamic notes and amber warm the base with a soft, resinous sweetness, while patchouli adds earth and musk keeps the finish smooth.
Longevity and sillage have not yet been reported. The citrus top makes it wearable on warm days, but the tuberose and amber give it more presence than a casual daytime scent, suiting evenings and occasions.
