Galbanum and violet leaf give it a sharp, snapped-stem greenness from the start, with a note of cannabis adding a resinous, herbal edge that keeps it from feeling merely pretty. Iris brings a cool, powdery softness and jasmine and rose add a classic floral heart beneath the greenery. The base of oakmoss, leather, woods and earthy notes turns it darker and drier, with a mossy, forest-floor quality that recalls older chypre styles.
