Mandarin and green mandarin give the opening its juicy, slightly tangy brightness, and red berries add a sweet, jammy fruitiness. Peony and orange blossom form the floral heart: the peony is fresh and dewy, the orange blossom sunnier and a little honeyed. Benzoin then brings a soft, resinous, vanilla-like warmth, and sandalwood a creamy wood that keeps the base smooth rather than sharp.
The scent is youthful and cheerful in character, with enough warmth in the base to carry it beyond the warmest months. It suits people who like a fruity floral that stays light and easy to wear.
