L'Aventure Femme by Al Haramain Perfumes is a sweet, fruity scent for women with woody and floral sides close behind, and a musky, amber and citrus finish. It was released in 2017.
Pineapple, blackcurrant and wild berries open it with a bright, juicy, slightly tart sweetness, with bergamot adding citrus sparkle. The heart pairs rose and freesia, soft and fresh rather than heady, with cedar, whose dry, pencil-shaving woodiness stops the fruit from becoming syrupy. The base of sandalwood, vanilla, musk and amber is smooth and warm, with vanilla keeping the sweetness going and musk giving a clean, skin-like finish.
About half of wearers find it long lasting, and projection is strong for many, so it carries further than most fruity scents. It is voted mainly for summer and spring and for daytime, which suits warm weather, days out and anyone who likes a bright, fruity opening with a woody backbone.
