Saffron and bitter almond open it, a leathery spice against a nutty, slightly sweet note. The heart pairs Egyptian jasmine, rich and heady, with cedar for a dry, pencil-shaving wood. In the base, ambergris adds a salty, mineral warmth, with further woody notes and musk giving it a smooth finish.
