Air Oud

Air Oud, by the French brand OHTOP, is a woody scent above all, composed by Karine Vinchon Spehner and released in 2024. Spice, freshness, flowers, resin and amber each add a smaller shade.

The idea is oud with air around it. A mountain-air note gives a cool, open feel at the start, while saffron adds a warm, leathery spice and orange blossom a touch of soft, sunny floral. Frankincense brings a clean, peppery resin, like a church after the candles are out. Agarwood, sandalwood, patchouli and cypriol form the woody core: dry, slightly smoky and earthy, softened by a rice note that gives a powdery, almost milky smoothness.
