Pomegranate and green grape give the opening a juicy, tart and slightly green fruitiness, while bitter orange adds a sharp citrus edge. Black pepper, pink pepper and timur bring a sparkling, rosy and grapefruit-tinged spice. The heart centres on Turkish rose, deep and velvety, with lily of the valley adding freshness and orange blossom a honeyed glow. The base is warm and soft: marzipan gives a sweet almond paste note, while cedar, sandalwood, ambergris and musk add a smooth, woody, gently salty finish.
