Sweet Scent

Sweet Scent from Louis Cardin is a woody, musky citrus for women, released in 2016. Everyone who has described it calls it woody, musky and citrusy, and about half also find it sweet and ambery.

Tangerine and orange give a bright, juicy, sweet-citrus opening, with raspberry adding a tart fruitiness; cashmere wood forms the middle, a soft, slightly powdery, velvety wood rather than a dry one; and the base of white musk, musk and amber is clean and warm. There are no flowers listed, which is unusual for a women's scent and gives it a smooth, uncomplicated character.

An orange, raspberry and cashmere wood scent of this kind works across most of the year, especially in daytime and mild weather, and would appeal to someone who wants something soft and gently sweet without a floral heart.
