Saffron gives a warm, golden, leathery spice at the start. The heart is a rich floral blend: Bulgarian rose and rose bring a velvety bloom, rose geranium and geranium a fresh, rosy-green edge, ylang-ylang and magnolia a creamy softness, and violet a gentle powder. The base is dark and woody, with Indian oud for a dry, smoky depth, guaiac wood for a soft smoke, cedar for crispness, patchouli and cypriol for earthy darkness, gurjun balsam for resin, and vanilla, ambergris and musk for a warm finish.
Nero Oudh is shared and can be worn by anyone. It suits autumn and winter, evenings and special occasions, for lovers of rose and oud.
