The opening is a burst of orange, mandarin, bergamot and pineapple, juicy and sparkling with a tropical sweetness. In the heart, rose, jasmine and violet bring a soft, rounded bouquet, ozonic notes add an airy freshness and amber begins to warm things. The base of agarwood (oud), sandalwood, musk and birch is woody, creamy and slightly smoky, with the birch giving a leathery tint.
Performance is solid: most wearers find it long lasting, and the sillage is often described as strong. It is voted for summer and spring and mainly for the daytime.
