Bergamot and pink pepper give a bright, sparkling opening. Ginger, turmeric and saffron bring a warm, earthy, golden spice, in keeping with the One Thousand and One Nights theme. Red tea and tea add a dry, slightly smoky warmth, and papyrus a green, reedy smoke. The heart is a rich floral blend of Turkish rose, rose and jasmine, with iris for a cool powder. The base is smooth and warm, with sandalwood for creaminess, patchouli and elemi for earthy, resinous depth, and vanilla, amber and musk for a soft finish.
