Nirmala by Molinard, released in 2017, is a fruity gourmand with tropical fruit, flowers and a sweet woody base. It is sunny, juicy and cheerful, inspired by the colours of exotic fruit.

The opening combines mandarin and grapefruit for a bright citrus start with passionfruit, which adds a tangy, tropical sweetness. In the heart, mango brings a ripe, juicy fruitiness, jasmine a soft floral glow and hibiscus a light, slightly tart petal note. The base of sandalwood, vanilla, tonka bean and cedar is creamy, sweet and woody, keeping the fruit warm into the drydown.

Most people report moderate longevity, with nearly a third finding it long lasting, and the sillage is mostly moderate, sometimes strong. It is voted for summer and spring and mainly for daytime. That makes it a natural choice for holidays, warm days and casual outings, suited to someone who loves fruity, sweet scents with a tropical character.
