Hazelnut, pear and frankincense open with a nutty, juicy sweetness and a smoky resin. The heart brings rose, osmanthus and jasmine sambac, which give a rich, apricot-tinged and creamy floral note, with saffron adding a leathery spice. In the base, sandalwood gives a creamy wood, ambergris a salty warmth, akigalawood a spicy woodiness, and labdanum and vanilla a sweet, balsamic depth.
