Fame Intense

Fame Intense by Rabanne, released in 2024 and composed by Alberto Morillas, Fabrice Pellegrin, Dora Baghriche and Marie Salamagne, is a creamy woody floral for women. Woodiness is what everyone agrees on and most also describe it as floral; a third notice sweetness, musk, amber and citrus.

Bergamot and pink pepper open it with a bright, slightly spicy freshness, and coconut water adds a cool, milky, tropical note that softens the top. The heart is jasmine and ylang-ylang, the jasmine warm and rich, the ylang-ylang creamy and slightly sweet, together giving a lush white floral centre. The base is where the woodiness comes from: cedar and Virginia cedar for a dry, pencil-like wood, sandalwood for a smooth, milky warmth, incense for a faint, cool smoke and musk for a clean, lasting finish.
