Killing Fresh, released by The Nose Behind in 2024, is a citrus fragrance through and through, with lighter green, spicy, resinous and amber touches.

Lemon, grapefruit, yuzu and bergamot give a bright, sparkling, zesty opening, ranging from sharp and sour to juicy and slightly bitter. Verbena and lemon verbena add a lemony, herbal greenness, and green tea and tea a clean, softly bitter, airy freshness. Nutmeg brings a gentle, warm spice that keeps the composition from feeling thin. The base is soft and warm: benzoin gives a balsamic, vanilla-like sweetness and amber a smooth glow that holds the citrus on the skin.

Worn by anyone, it is made for hot weather: summer days, holidays, the gym and the office in warm months. It should appeal to those who like bright, energetic citrus scents with a tea-and-herb freshness and a soft, warm base, uncomplicated and refreshing.
