The opening is already rich: cinnamon, nutmeg and saffron bring a hot, leathery spice, incense adds smoke, agarwood a resinous depth, and pear a brief, juicy sweetness. The heart is where the name earns itself, with tobacco and leather giving a dark, slightly sweet smokiness, patchouli and vetiver adding earth, and jasmine a faint floral softness.
